BOOKING TERMS & guidelines
WIDER SOUNDS STUDIO

By booking the studio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Reservation & Payment

  • An upfront payment is required to confirm your booking*

  • Payments can be made via PayPal or credit card.


    (*unless the booking is reserved through Miloco Studios)

2. Pricing, VAT & Balance

  • All prices exclude VAT. A 21% VAT will be added to the final invoice*, along with any applicable engineering fees or surcharges.

  • The balance, including VAT and any extras, is due on the day of your session.

3. Additional Fees

  • Import or setup of pre-existing stems: €80 (payable on the day)

  • Post-production or editing (stems, bounces, etc.): €80/hour

4. Sound Engineering Support

  • A sound engineer assists with setup, routing, and signal flow during the first 20 minutes (included).

  • Additional support for tracking, mixing, or production is available on request.

5. Cancellation & Modification (Studio Sessions)

  • Cancellations: Non-refundable

  • Modifications: Allowed up to 48 hours before the session, subject to availability

6. Cancellation & Modification (Group Masterclasses)

  • Cancellations 40+ business days before the start date: full refund

  • Cancellations 39–20 business days before: 50% refund

  • Modifications allowed up to 20 business days before, subject to availability

7. High Season Surcharge / DISCOUNT

  • During May–September, all bookings include a 15% high-season surcharge. This fee is automatically applied at checkout

8. Lockout Bookings

  • The rate covers studio space rental only. Additional services, including engineering, equipment rental, A/V support, catering, etc., are charged separately.

  • Lockout hours: 9:00 AM – 2:00 AM

  • Initial check-in and studio setup: between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

  • During Lockout hours, artists may come and go from the studio as needed. Please notify the studio team when leaving the property so we can secure the studio and activate the alarm system when necessary.

  • Overnight stays are not permitted.

  • For multi-day Lockout bookings, clients may leave equipment in the studio overnight at their own risk.

  • For masterclasses and workshops, the Lockout rate applies, plus a 10% fee for exclusive use (up to 10 participants).

9. Overtime

  • For Half Day and Full Day bookings, overtime after 12:00am is billed at €100/hour in full-hour increments.

  • For Lockout bookings, studio access is included until 2:00am, with overtime charged from 2:00am onward at €100/hour.

  • Overtime must be pre-approved and is subject to studio availability.

10. Liability

  • Clients use the studio, facilities and equipment at their own risk and are responsible for the conduct of all members of their party.

  • Clients are responsible for using all studio equipment safely and following any instructions provided by WIDER SOUNDS staff.

  • WIDER SOUNDS Studio is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment, failure to follow instructions or unsafe behaviour.

  • WIDER SOUNDS Studio is not responsible for theft, loss of or damage to personal belongings or equipment.

  • WIDER SOUNDS Studio is not responsible for interruptions, delays or loss of studio time caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including power cuts, severe weather conditions, utility failures, internet outages or other external events.

  • In such circumstances, WIDER SOUNDS will make reasonable efforts to restore normal studio operations as soon as possible.

11. File Storage

  • We do not guarantee long-term storage of session files. Please bring your own drive and back up all data before leaving.

12. Food, Drink & Smoking

  • No food or drinks near equipment or workstations

  • Snacks and drinks allowed only in lounge or outdoor areas

  • Smoking and vaping permitted only on the terrace

13. Pets

  • No pets are allowed inside the studio or outdoor spaces.

14. Guests

  • A maximum of 4 guests is allowed per booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Clients are responsible for their guests’ conduct.

15. Studio Configuration & Signal Routing

  • Studio signal routing, equipment configuration, and system settings may not be modified without prior approval from Wider Sounds staff.

  • Unauthorized changes may result in additional charges or immediate interruption of the session.

16. Studio Condition

  • The studio must be left as found. A €150 cleaning fee applies if the space is left dirty or disorganized.

17. Damage Responsibility

  • Clients are liable for any damage to the studio or equipment.

  • Repair or replacement costs must be covered in full.

18. photos/VIDEOS & social media

  • Guests are very welcome to take photos and short videos during their session at WIDER Sounds Studio.
    Should you share any studio content publicly, we kindly ask that you tag or mention @wider_sounds_ibiza.
